I am not a large agency, and I do not sell complicated digital marketing packages. I work directly with small businesses that need honest, practical help improving their online presence.

Why I work this way
I have spent years working with websites, content, WordPress, SEO and small business projects. Over time, I have seen the same problem again and again: many websites are not failing because the business is bad. They are failing because the website is unclear, slow, hard to navigate or difficult to contact from.
Sometimes the fix is not a full rebuild. It might be clearer wording, better page structure, lighter images, improved mobile layout, stronger calls to action or a better route from homepage to enquiry.
That is where I focus.
My aim is to help small businesses understand what their website needs and make practical improvements in the right order.
Core approach
A small business website has a simple job: help people understand what you do, trust what they see and contact you easily.
Built for people, structured for Google
A website should be written for real people first. But it also needs to be easy for Google and other search systems to understand.
That means clear pages, sensible headings, useful content, fast loading, mobile-friendly structure and a simple flow from information to action.
I think of Google as the first technical client. If a website is slow, messy, confusing or poorly structured, it becomes harder for search engines and visitors to understand it.
The best websites are usually not the loudest or most complicated. They are clear, useful, easy to move through and easy to contact from.

Small details can make a big difference
Website performance is often affected by simple things: heavy images, unclear menus, weak headings, missing calls to action, awkward mobile layouts or pages that do not guide visitors properly.
Image optimisation is a good example. Many small businesses upload photos directly from a phone, especially businesses that rely on strong visuals such as guesthouses, cafés, restaurants, retreats and tourism services. The photos may look good, but if they are too large or poorly prepared, they can slow the website down.
I help with practical details like this because they affect how a website feels, loads and performs.

No hype. No fake guarantees.
I do not promise instant Google rankings, overnight traffic or magic SEO results.
I also do not present myself as a full digital marketing agency, paid ads specialist or short-form video expert.
My focus is practical website improvement: WordPress, SEO structure, clear content, image optimisation, mobile usability and better enquiry flow.
